Get to know me

I’m Noor Azriana, a Financial Economics and Management graduate from the University of St Andrews (Class of 2025). I grew up in Malaysia and moved abroad at the age of 11 to attend an international boarding school, an experience that taught me how to adapt quickly, build relationships across cultures, and thrive in new environments.

Today, I work at Two Circles, a sports strategy consultancy, where I partner with clients including Arsenal FC, World Rugby, Mercedes and PTO. My role involves analysing data, building ROI models in Excel, and creating client-ready presentations in PowerPoint that demonstrate commercial value and support long-term partnerships.

I am motivated by curiosity and problem-solving, whether it is understanding how businesses grow, exploring new markets, or working through complex financial questions. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds, learning from their perspectives, and applying those insights to create practical outcomes.

Outside of work, I have co-founded KAIRO House, which expanded from St Andrews to London and New York, and served as Head of Finance at The VS Foundation, where I managed budgets for 15+ events and helped raise £54,000 for charity. These experiences reflect my drive to take initiative, collaborate effectively, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

My experiences in consulting, finance, and strategy have shaped how I approach challenges—breaking down complexity, adapting to uncertainty, and making structured decisions. Working with KeyBank (Top 20 U.S. bank with $190B+ in assets) at Castlecliffe Consulting reinforced my understanding of fixed-income markets, portfolio risk, and investment strategy. I’ve gained a deeper appreciation for how large financial institutions assess risk exposure, manage asset allocation, and translate market trends into strategic decisions. Through this, I’ve learned to analyze complex datasets, recognize key financial patterns, and communicate insights that drive decision-making.

At the Malaysian Genomics Resource Centre, I was exposed to the intersection of finance, business development, and strategic forecasting. Working on market expansion strategies taught me how companies balance innovation with financial sustainability and how long-term success relies on data-driven forecasting and adaptability to external shifts. Similarly, my experience in the Gallagher Re Reinsurance REACH Programme expanded my understanding of risk assessment and pricing models, reinforcing the importance of quantitative analysis in shaping financial resilience.

Attending the LSE Alternative Investments Conference (AIC) 2025 deepened my understanding of how industry leaders navigate uncertainty and assess risk with conviction. Engaging with professionals from Blackstone, Citadel, and Bain Capital, I saw firsthand how critical thinking, adaptability, and strategic judgment drive success in high-stakes environments.

Beyond finance, I’ve developed a strong understanding of leadership, execution, and strategic planning through KAIRO House, an Afro & melodic house events collective I co-founded. Expanding it to London and New York required me to think critically about scaling a brand, adapting to different markets, and ensuring operational efficiency. Likewise, my role as Head of Finance at The VS Foundation solidified my ability to optimize budgets, manage financial strategy, and drive fundraising initiatives—helping raise £54,000 for charity and reduce costs by 12%. These experiences reinforced my ability to combine financial strategy with operational execution to achieve tangible results.

Competing internationally in football and netball has instilled a mindset of resilience, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure—qualities that define how I navigate high-stakes environments today. Whether in fast-paced consulting projects or entrepreneurial ventures, I’ve learned the importance of adaptability, mental discipline, and maintaining composure when making quick, strategic decisions.

Balancing my studies with hospitality roles at Wimbledon and The Open has further refined my ability to manage high-pressure situations while maintaining precision and professionalism. Working with high-profile clients taught me to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and deliver at a consistently high standard, regardless of the pace of the environment.

Through all these experiences, I’ve come to appreciate the importance of structured problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability in dynamic environments. I thrive in consulting, AI-driven industries, and strategy-focused roles that challenge me to think analytically, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive meaningful impact.
